Assistant Brand Manager

Job Overview ARE Ventures is seeking a creative, analytical, and driven Assistant Brand Manager to support the development, execution, and growth of our brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand equity, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
 :

1. Brand Strategy & Execution :
  • Support the Brand Manager in developing and implementing brand strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Assist in managing brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing, digital, retail, and communication channels
2. Marketing Campaigns
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, PR, events, influencer, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution
  • Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports
3. Market & Consumer Insights
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to support strategic decisions
  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities for existing and new brands
4. Content & Communication
  • Support content development for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Review and proofread brand communication to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, digital, design, and operations teams to support brand initiatives
  • Assist in product launches, promotions, and go-to-market activities
6. Budget & Reporting
  • Support budget tracking and vendor coordination
  • Prepare monthly brand performance reports and presentations

Job Requirement

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in brand leadership, marketing, or business roles
  • Proven experience scaling brands with measurable growth results
  • Strong business, marketing, and strategic execution skills
  • Experience managing multiple brands or portfolios preferred
  • Entrepreneurial, data driven, and ownership mindset
