HR Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Help organize employee engagement activities
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with performance management and policy implementation
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR tasks

Job Requirement


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
