Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other paid media platforms to maximize ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies tailored to client objectives, budgets, and target audiences.
Paid Media Management: Execute and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok ads and Snapchat Ads.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance, conversions, and ROAS.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate clients' budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending to achieve desired KPIs.
Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, compelling ad copies, and landing pages.
Reporting and Insights: Provide detailed weekly/monthly reports showcasing clear insights, actionable recommendations, and campaign outcomes to stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients, understand their requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and build lasting relationships.
Stay Current: Continuously research industry trends, competitor analysis, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our agency remains ahead.
Job Requirement
. 6+ months of proven experience in performance marketing (agency background preferred).
. Hands-on expertise managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
. Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.).
. Proficiency in setting up and optimizing digital marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
. Proven track record of successful campaign optimization leading to measurable results.
