Job Description

We are seeking a well-organized, professional, and proactive Receptionist & Administrative Officer to be the first point of contact for our company. This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of front desk reception with select administrative support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment.



Key Responsibilities:


Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meeting room bookings.



Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle petty cash and prepare expense reports under supervision.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and office services.
  • Support HR and Admin teams with logistics for onboarding/offboarding employees.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Job Requirement


  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
