Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Executive to manage and expand the retail presence of our brands across Modern Trade and General Trade stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective product placement, maintaining strong relationships with retailers, monitoring stock availability, and supporting the overall retail sales strategy to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee retail placements of company brands across Modern Trade and General Trade outlets.
  • Ensure proper product visibility, shelf placement, and merchandising standards in stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, store managers, and distributors.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, display quality, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate with the sales and distribution teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Implement in-store promotions, branding, and point-of-sale materials to enhance brand presence.
  • Track and report sales performance, retail coverage, and market feedback.
  • Identify new retail opportunities to expand brand placement and increase market penetration.
  • Resolve retail-related issues such as stock shortages, placement challenges, or display inconsistencies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly retail activity reports for management.

Job Requirement

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, FMCG, or field sales.
  • Strong understanding of Modern Trade and General Trade retail environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field-based responsibilities.
  • Good reporting and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel for store visits and market coverage.
