  • Monitor account performance and conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Provide expert guidance and insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for new business growth within existing accounts and lead negotiations for upselling and renewals.
  • Track account health, manage budgets, and meet KPIs and sales targets.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations, preferably in a brand acceleration or marketing agency setting.
  3. Proven track record of managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
  4. Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and performance marketing tools.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
